STARZ Call Center Incentive

Looking for a way to reward call center representatives for selling your premium services?  DLM can help! We have some pretty fabulous ideas to enhance motivation and sales in this field. 

In this case, we rewarded call center reps with a weekend away to celebrate their success.  Imagine their excitement when we called to notify them that they won an all-expenses-paid trip to Las Vegs!  High level accommodations, a group welcome reception, a private dinner at KOI and VIP seating for J.Lo were just some of the highlights that made this weekend memorable for the travelers.
